As soon a there is no hope, the swarm has to be moved in a completely different way than the usual one: this is the re-hope process.
Here we can see a very simple one. The swarm is moving and distorted according to a gradient estimation.
There is a kind of rudimentary memory, by taking into account the number of time the re-hope process has already been used, but there is also an arbitrary initial parameter, and this is indeed a weakness.
